I already have the HRC header so I think I'm just going to get a slip-on for it. I want a good blend of quiet, free flowing, and light. I don't want it to be obnoxiously loud. Anyone have any suggestions?

i dont know how loud the white bros E2 is but i am doing the HRC kit and that was what was suggested to me by the dealer...

Another question... Will a slip-on made for the 2005 model fit my 2006? Having a HRC header shouldn't affect the fit should it?

CHM is a great pipe, as are FMF Factory 4, DRD, etc. etc.

No, it will not! The entire exhaust system on the 06 is different from the 04-05's.

fmf factory 4

Are all these pipes around the 96db level? There's no general consensus on the best pipe?

i love yoshimura tri-oval, it looks good, and sounds great. power gains are good also

if sound levels are going to continue to be enforced at race tracks......then exhaust companies should be forced to state the decibel level of their exhaust with a 100% buy back guarantee.

IMO

I agree completely. I pretty well have it narrowed down to a HMF or Dr. D slip-on, or a full Curtis Sparks system. The thing is I know HMF and Sparks are pretty loud, I just don't know how loud in db.

i had a dr d. on my yfz, and wanted one for my trx 450 er but i don't think they have completed one yet, i have hrc also and am tired of waiting so hmf it is i will order quiet core with it and should'nt be too loud when needed. not too expensive also.

Dr.D has a full system for the TRX450R 04-05.

the HMF is deffinetly over 96dbs (the sport series anyways)
