i wanna take off them stupid plate things cause there was 1 400 on here that had his off nd he put like diamond plate on it and this other guy put thor emblem on it

Or get a pair of dikes and snip the heads off the back side(there aluminum)

you SHOULD be able to figure that out yourself. their rivets, Grind it down.
