ive been waiting around to hit this one jump on our local trails whats the best way to go about hitting a jump where the lip kinda curves back and shoots u up hill

i think if you dont lean forward your gonna pull one of those BMX bowl turn things

yea this jumps pretty crazy one dude hit it like back in the 1980's or somethin and got real messed up but its not as bad as it use to be.

lean forward coming towards the lip, but while in the air, adjust the quad accordingly. if your front end gets too high, use the rear brake to bring it down (just dont get too generous with the rear brake, or something bad is bound to happen! is this a single/double/table or what? do you have any pics of it?

sounds like some of the hills we have here.they ramp up smooth then there is a ledge that sticks out then back to smooth ramp for another 4-5'.I just lift my front wheels before I hit the lip,when my back wheels hit it they kick up and sometimes dont hit the last 4-5'.kinda kicks it up and over the top and lands you flat.real fun. gettin a camera soon so I will take pics and get back to you.

you mean like this one? if so just go at a steady speed and crack the throttle at the top and lean foward ps. thats not my crack its a kidney belt

Hit in 2nd n do whatever feels comfortable. If u dont make it, bail n the ol 400 will take the roll. Then u will at least know what its gonna do.

sand with topsoil at the top .about 25 -30' foot up the grade.fun jumpin off them too.I run up all along there in 2nd,jump off in first.crossface is a blast too.

umm no dude its a pink belt its my dads from when all the pink and blue riding gear was in ok?if u look a little closer you would see my pants then t shirt then belt then my sweat shirt. besides its my *** i think i would know whats going on back there

Just havin fun man.thats what its all about.When I hit those I power up the hill and keep my front light as I hit the face that goes straight up.the damn back wheels follow every time.with the right speed and throttle control you can land it anyway you want.

oops i forgot to tell you... DO NOT HIT IT WITH TOO MUCH SPEED!!!!!! you will not go any farther just higher. when you do it at the right speed you land perfectly flat but going faster would cause you to be in the air longer and you front end will come down and you will nose dive. i've seen it and done it a million times

I agree with allstock.not enough speed and you have your front wheels in the air,too much speed and it kicks your rear too high.nut-up and hit it,but be ready to bail.

na dude i aint been able to go ridin one we got like 1ft of snow and two i broke my elbow snowboardin and screwed it up real bad so i cant go ridin till march so now im just workin on my atv puttin parts and stuff on... ill hit it one of these days .....prob rebrake my arm thats my luck right there!

these are just the way in and out of the pit behind the compound,stacy and cassie get air on these.the real hills are out back.my favorite is about 60 foot tall at about 55-65 degrees , with a drop at the top of about 5 feet.you hit it in 2nd and when you hit the rough stuff towards the top you have to drop to 1st and ease over the top and take a hard left.when the ice goes away I can get a pic of it .I am no pro,but I believe that if you bring it on,sixsixzero,there is at least one hill that you wont follow me up.lets ride,but you have to pick up mayberry and bring him.Its always great to have a biff around.lol
