i need a swingarm for my 300ex for next season. i have a stock one now but i need more travel. what will give me the best travel over stock.i was thinking a 250r or 400ex rear end but im not sure on that. what do u guys think?

use a 350x swingarm and shock

I run a complete rear end out of a 85 atc 250r on my 250x. you have to weld on a place to run the linkage and make a spacer for the swingarm bolt. ( swingarm is about a inch narrow than stock )
Lastly, grind down the upper shock bushing to fit in the frame. I now have great suspension, awesome brakes and it is easier to regear the rearend. (350x rear axles are different bolt pattern than just about everthing else). I got everthing for mine from ebay for 150.00 bucks. The swingarm is about 3 inches longer than stock. Let me know if you need any help, we fab stuff all the time

run a lsr +1.25 swinger and axis shock...
