i just put it on i have yet to see, ill be takin it out this weekend. i rode it just for like 4 seconds (seriously) on my lawn and i didn't have a prob. in first gear, that's where i usually stall. Check your spark plugs. changing them makes a world of difference.

already changed the spark plugs when they bored it and put pipes on it and jets in it

When does it stall? Idle, on the gas, letting off the gas?

Sounds like your jetting is off man. Try moving the clips on the needles and see how it reacts.

Make sure your pipes do not rub the boost bottle.A friend of mine had his pipes rub against one side of the boost bottle and it put a hair line crack in the boost bottle and burned up the motor.Pistons had holes in them.Might want to go back to the stock cross-over tube.I did.

Ok more questions to trace this:

What carbs are you running? If it is the stock carbs, is the TORS(throttle override sensor) still hooked up?

Right when getting on the gas, as in just off idle? Or at any RPM?

Is it when you ease into the throttle, or when it gets mashed to the stop?

Does it compleately stall, or just bog badly and keep running?

It could be just the boost bottle, I know mine would not run right no matter what jetting I threw in there with the bottle on. When I took it off it ran perfect.

I just threw it away after that.

i just put the stock tube back on it runs fine ill leave it that way thanks guys

i had mine on at glamis and diin't have ne thing besides teh cables running on it. i took it off and i didn't notice any difference at all.

I put one on my Blaster and My Banshee and it screwed both of them up at first they were fine then i had problems.

Now i ride 4 strokes no problems yet
