hey all just got a 95 300ex and it has a problem starting the push buttun start dont work and was wondering if i can get some tips on them atvs..and will a neew 300ex tires fit mine if like the size is off a lil bit for example my tire is 21x12.00-9 on rear an the ones im gunna buy are 22 x 10 x 9

Yeah a lot of 300's have that same starting switch problem. What I did to fix mine was I went to Rural King and bought me a toggle switch that snaps back. Just take that and mount it on your plastics and wire it up, and just flick the switch and it starts.

The tires will be fine too. The numbers mean how tall the tire is(22), how wide it is (10), and the rim size (9). If you are putting the new tires on the rims the only thing that you really need to worry about is that they have the same rim size, which yours is. Good luck with your new machine!

I wouldnt go any bigger than 11" wide on a 9x9 rim. 22x11x9 is a great size for trail riding where there's lots of ruts. A 12" wide tire on a 9" wide rim, will break beads a lot easier.

A lot of people like to ride on 20's on less rutted terrain.

If you're looking at aftermarket tires.. most here will point you to a Razr2 front. Kenda Claw, Razr/Razr2/HoleshotHD are all great rears.
