If you're will ing to spend some $$$, Precision-RP, GPR or the like. Some may not have 300ex specific models.. but they are adaptable with minor fab work.

I personally run a dendon damper. It doesn't ahve the variable dampening that the $400+ units have, but it works well enough for me.

Just be sure to get one that is externaly adjustable, and rebuildable.
