on my 250ex. i need to order a new sticker cuz i lost mine. the n uber i thought it was was not correct apparently. the dmv sent it back to me.

well on the 300 and 400 it's right behind the bumper, on the front cross peice on the frame...and you don't need that sticker, the number is printed in the frame...why do you want the sticker?....you normaly take it off if you paint the frame...it's still legal and everything, don't worry

Some places you have to have a registration sticker on it or you will get a hefty fine every time a ranger sees you.

Every state is different, and I'd imagine Cali is very strict.

ya, here in cali, without a currant sticker they wont even let you take your quad off the trailer. i been using the green sticker from my xr50 for now. thanks!
