my frend was puttin on his 1 1/8 protapers but the plastic console thing with the nuetral light nd reverse doesnt fit wut can he do?

You'll need a different dash panel. I have the one from Rox racing, like the picture below

relocate them on your plastic is the best cheapest way unless you want the clean look....
