It has been many years since I rode there. Is there some good place for young kids to ride there? any pics of the area? thanks, Bob

Its been since the summer since ive rode there, but while i was there, there was a group that had a couple young kids on dirt bikes riding. They had no problem at all. Theres some good trails that are real wide and open that are still fun to ride, and good for younger kids. All of this was at Turkey Bay. But a lot of turkey bay can be pretty challenging for the inexperienced. Hope this helps.

thanks for the reply.

The main trail is always a great place to take the kids or inexperienced riders. Its open and mostly flat. The whoops provide a challenge for those over achievers. The only downside is that it is, in fact, the main trail and there is a lot of traffic on busy weekends.

where can I get a map or trail info?

Here are all the LBL maps you could want. The atv trails are at the bottom called "Turkey Bay Off-Highway Vehicle Area. "

There is a place north of Turkey Bay called Paddy's bluff. I took my kids there last summer and they loved it. For the family ride I would take Paddy's Bluff over turkey bay.....although I love Turkey bay for when it's just the guys.
