How old is the gas in the tank? I had the same problem and it turned out that the gas in the tank went bad.

new gas ,do you think it could be a bad ground between the engine and frame ??????:

It sounds like your jetting might be too rich, but there are other possibilities, like low compression or an air leak.
For the jetting, post your engine size and modifications, and your carb size and jetting information on here. Somebody will be able to ballpark it for you, and get you close to where you need to be.
For other causes, there are standard diagnostics you need to do. Start with a compression test and a leak-down test.
If it starts fine with a clean plug, I doubt it's an electrical issue.

I checked compression it is 118psi cold, the engine is stock accept for a030.piston. I did the resistance tests, everything ok. the frame was painted the engine was painted,it has avery week spark....

i think the 118 compression could be your problem. R's dont really have that strong of a spark to begine with. i think, could be wrong that stock compression is around 150-160. sounds like it might be time for a rebuild.
