anyone know why its been closed? i heard rumors but wasnt froma a real reliable source. any clue when they will be reopening. thanks

they ran out of money due to insurance costs and from what I've been told, not that many people went there, one guy I ride with went there and he called it "mount sand", he said the whole track was beach sand.

East Coast Track Update
Mt Pleasant Motocross Facility located in Woodbine, New Jersey will be re-opening within the next month. After financial problems in the past and being forced to shut down, it will now open under Rich Zupko.

Zupko is a rider himself, having 23 years experience, most of them racing Expert and on the Pro-national circuit. He has also owned Powerline Park in New Egypt, NJ from 1988 to 1997 and was the track manager on the well known Raceway Park in Enlgishtown, NJ from 2001 to 2004.

Zupko said the track will be opening within the next month. It is going through some changes which should benefit everyone. Opening day will be a Rider Appreciation day with free riding for everyone to come check out this awesome facility. Zupko also has plans to open every Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday. More details will be coming soon.
