Since I have to split the cases to put my new crank in...Should I go with a Honda Cam Chain or largerr aftermarket one.

get a crf 450 one... fits perfectly, stronger and about $30-40 from service honda... and that price includes shipping.

get the heavy duty one on ebay it works the best and last the longest and good price

I would get a crf 450 chain from service honda, cheaper than e-bay and prolly the same thing.

get the 02' crf450 cam chain. its the exact same thing as hd 400ex cam chain they sell. you can get one from c&d racing for $33. its cheaper than buying the stock ex chain

You're talking about the tensioner and the guide (the two black plastic pieces) I ordered a new guide as the one in the quad was all kinds of chewed up.

The one sparks sells is a link wider than the crf chain and has the correct pitch.
