06 450R oil level?

Anybody thats changed the oil and the filter in the 06 R will notice that the fluid recommendation the owner's manual says will put the oil way above the full mark in the window, even after the quad has ran, oil level still looks to be too much.

one quart.... After a few rides it sits right at the top of the window....

i have an 04 trx and i put 1 full qt its a little bit more than normal
