how often should i change the oil in my 450... i ride alot if that helps..

I usually put about 4 rides on an oil cycle. But then again, we ride about 40 miles every ride.

I go anywhere from 5-10 rides between oil changes; depending on how hard I ride and the conditions

I change mine every 3-5 rides and the change the oil filter every other time i change the oil.
