ok guys i'm totaly new to the predator and just bought 1 today. it's an 03 and needs some tlc. my ? is there is an open vac. line on the uper clutch side of the carb it has some kind of plastic 90 valve on it but i don't see anywere for it to plug on to. if it makes a dif. it has a pure polaris silencer and k&n filter.. any help would be cool,, thanx.

That is the breather outlet for the diapham of the carb. It is suppose to be that way. Nothing out of the ordinary there.

Not a problem my friend....
Be sure to go easy on that tranny. Use that clutch and change that oil often. The trannies are a bit on the weak side and won't hold up to powershifting like on the 04-06's.
The motors are solid but, keep a watchful eye on the starter one-way bearing and flywheel bolts. Another troublesome item. Keep in mind, that most of these are preventable problems. Just pay attention to your bike and I suggest to have those looked at professionally.
