I was changing my back brake pads but ig guses they were worn down so bad that i cant move the piston. How can i move the piston back so i can fit them in?

Use a c-clamp

get a large pair of channel-locks or a c-clamp to push the piston back- the fluid will backflush into the ressie.

yes...this will need to be done everytime you changer your brakes, front and rear
