does anyone make a hood specifically for the 300?i have maier race cut plastic,and want to add a hood.any help would be great!

feathercarbon.com makes them, but im not sure if they would fit on maiers. Youd be much better off with getting a 250R hood. Check out 300ex_73's 300. it looks sick!

Your better off doing a 250r hood, looks better. Its very easy, I did mine on stock plastic, but others have done it on maier. Heres a pic of my 300ex with the stock plastic and 250r hood.

Here's mine, black Maier 250R hood. These aren't the race cut style fenders from Maier, so I don't know how they'd fit on yours. I do know you'll need to do some trimming though.

i no this is a relativly old forum but i wanted to ask about ur clutch lever set up who do u like it RTC CR250R clutch and brake levers i hate my stock clutch setup im debating what im gona do with it

I like my RTC setup, it works good for me. I'm not very big, and I have pretty small hands, so I need levers that I can adjust to fit me better, and both of these give me the ability to do that. The brake lever has adjustable reach, although the clutch lever doesn't. However, because of the bend on the lever, you can move it more inward on the bars for a longer reach or farther out for a shorter reach.

thatas realy cool i have the same problem i have small hands and i hate feeling like my clutch is to far away to get at in a hurry essepecily when im riding hard ill have to look into that where did u buy the levers

When I had my 300ex in the pics, I just ran a stock cr250/xr whatever clutch and perch, worked awsome. and it was only like 12 bucks or something like that.
