my buddys rm 250 has the clutches sticking and i have adjusted them and they still wont disingage(S) i dont know what it is can anyone tell me what might be wrong

clutch basket may be wore out..

If this is the same RM 250 that you posted about having water in the cases then your clutch is toast.
