Anything 661 makes is good in my book. I've been running their knee pads for the past year and love them and a good friend of mine is backed by the company and says their boots and helmets are good stuff. i say go for it!

I just bought a set of their boots over the weekend. They are very nice. Kinda stiff, but that's whats fun about new boots. Personally, I like them better then Gaerne. I wore them previously, and 661 looks 10x better.
