I race XC and noticed on a couple races that my sides were starting to hurt whenever I hurt some rough patches. I was thinking a kidney belt might solve this problem.

I have not noticed a lot of people wearing kidney belts... anybody else experience this or have a solution?

I hear what youre sayin'. i rode for years without a kidney belt , but now that i have one, i will never ride without. it really helped alot. good suspension will help more than anything ,just let the shock take the beating.

my friends stomach would hurt him so bad he wouldnt beable to eat for several hours after each race. he got a kidney belt and now he is almost fine right after races.
