I turn 16 at the end of March, and I plan on racing some outdoors after that. They are AMA races, so I need the card and everything. How do I get my district 15 card, and how do I become an AMA member? Also, how much is the membership? I would like to find this information out ahead of time, so I dont have to worry about it when the time comes.
