How much snow can a 250ex with 20 inch maxxis razrs go through?
the ground clearence on it stock is 5.9 inches with the 22 inch tires.

well i can go through six inches easy with the stock tires but when we got like a foot i got stuck alot so probably somewhere in around there its different depending on the snow too and how much you weigh but the 250 is awesome for the snow, cuz its pretty much a utility quad with sport plastic

The good ol' 250EX hauls *** in snow!

ive never ridden a 250ex in the snow, but i rode my blaster with 18 inch turf's on it, and i made it through about 5-6 inches decently.
hope that helped

I have the same setup, forget to mention that before.

It will do as good as anything else in the snow because power doesn't matter in the snow, traction does. Once it gets past 8-9 inches it starts to get pretty bad, as with any 2wd. I have never tried it with 20's in the snow, but if there is a path, you should be fine.

pretty much anything over a foot can be impassible...but if you do get stuck, just walk in front of the quad paing down the snow in line with the tires...its helps

i went threw 5 feet with mine and stock tires
but i stoped after 6 feet and flew off the front end of it
mine got threw like 17 inches

depends how determined you are, i have made it through a couple feet of powder on my 300ex just dont stop or your screwed. I have made it on top of 4-6 feet with a crust on top of the snow, and in sticky snow i have ridden in about a foot max, getting stuck often. the key is to keep ypur rears spiinig enough to clear a path, your front on top of the snow by leaning back and just hold on tight for one hell of a ride. i got lots of experince in the snow the best tires i have had for the snow were these ones, i still have them so i think i am going to stud them for when i get my wheeler runing again

and oh yeah if you got aftermarket skid plates take them off because the snow collects on them alot, and try to find a heated garage to park your wheeler in after riding it.

yea skid plates are very bad for snow, i ahve a blaster with 18 inch holeshots, they work great in 2-6 inch snow, but once u stop moving in 6+ snow, GOOD LUCK, i got stuck in 2 feet of snow for hours once
