I'll give you some reasonable answers...

If you don't plan to run it at all some things are:
Gas line anti freeze,
Armoral (oil) the tires and seat (prevents cracking),
bring the battery in from the cold,
close off the air box (block the hole so no mice etc can get in)

Thats all I can really think of, it's not a big deal really. I've gone a winter or 2 without doing anything to mine and it's started right up after the winter and we get some crazy winters here.
