fyi just got my 4yr old a lt 50 2 days ago, was originally gonna get her a kazume figuring she'd out grow it so quick , but after seeing how small they where i went with the lt because it fits her better now ( she was already to big for the kazuma) and i chose the lt a: because i could get it or the kaw 50 both 05's new for the same price and they are the same machine 1400 otd. b: most importantly she said " dad i want lellow like yours "....
i strongly suggest you have him sit on a couple before you buy or if a surprise bring a stand in child about the same size.just my 2 cents

Do what 55belair suggested, take your child and have them sit on and try out a couple of models. My son is also four and the 50 was to small(size wise) for him. The lt80 fit him better and it has some power restrictions so you can control speed etc.I went with the 80 and I'm glad i did now, maybe I won't have to buy another for a while.

We have a Dinli for my 4 yr old. It is very modable...up to 110cc I think. After market parts are plentiful. IMO

I have a 9 year old and a 4 year old ( turning 5 in Feb.). We are getting them a Dinli 90cc Diamondback for Christmas.
