will aftermarket yfz 450 handlebars fit on raptor 700. if they do what brand should I get.

I thought all the aftermarket handlebars had larger diameter and needed different clamps ?

Any standard bars(7/8) will fit. If there oversize bars(1 1/8) then the will require a differnt clamp.

Unless the 7/8" bars are too low/have too shallow of a bend. Then the bars will hit the tank plastic doing sharp turns.
