i have a yamaha raptor whith few modifications piston wiseco 11.1 hot cams stage1 ,ported head and i have this problem the engine have to much compresion the starter wont' spin the engine easy a need any sugestions

you can never have enough compression! you may need a new battery and also you may want to have your starter checked, it could be going bad.

they have a new battery just in case an the one-way is ok , battery cable is new too

Make sure the decompression pin in the cam is in properly. Not only will this make it difficult for the starter to kick it over, it WILL eventually break and sends lots of shrapnel through your engine...
