has anybody tore down there raptor to the frame for powercoating? and how hard is to take off and put back on

The difficulty level would be about the same as any other quad. You just need to take your time, bag the bolts, label the bags, and take a couple pics before you start tearing into it. They will come in handy when you start rebuilding.
