will a 250r quadtech hood fit a 400ex and how hard are the hoods to install?

Yes the Quadtech 250R hood will fit on 400ex plastics..Thats what I had on mine for awhile, but got rid of it and run a Maier 250R hood on my EX now..They look really good..Very easy to install..just set it on there where you would like it to sit, mark some holes in the plastic, cut the headlight support off if you have stock plastics, drill some holes and bolt it up..Shouldnt take more than 30 minutes for a complete install..
