Wayne or Mark ar the only ones who build them..Through Baldwin wil be your best bet..They tend not to help out very many people, what they are is what they are pretty much..They may throw a little bit of a deal but theres not too much mark up on PEPs compared to some of the others..PEP ZPS ARCs will run you about 1650 for the fronts.

Ditto, what he said. I've heard of someone building PEP shocks from scatch by assembling PEP parts and getting the formulas from Wayne (PEP), but I don't think they want to get in that habit.
So I'll just shut up now...

Like I said..Mark and Wayne are the only ones that build them..Except Ron and Chuck who work for Wayne, they do as well, but the guys that say they can get you PEPs faster then Baldwin can put them out..I wouldnt trust them..3-4 weeks is Marks ETA at this date.

seth from SF Racing builds PEP's in house. My friend bent his shocks on his CRF450 hybrid and seth had him 2 brand new long travel PEP's in 6 days......

The biggest problem is getting the correct formulas. In the case of rebuilding your friends shocks, they have the correct valving. etc. in front of them. From scratch they'd probably screw it up.

It used to be a 6-month wait for PEP shocks, but that was a couple years ago. Anybody have an idea what the wait is nowadays?
