I don't think that is quite accurate. I think it's closer to 94dbs. It's one of the quieter aftermarket pipes I've heard.

I had an eseries on my 416 and got a ticket for 104 dbs in the dunes. But the pipe all depends on how many discs you have in. I only had like 7 in at the time which makes it really loud, you can put more discs in and get the noise down on them.

Depends on who and how it's tested. Mine was 101 with the quiet core once

ahh yep,looked in the "manual"...it says "by adding e-series disc,you are increasing the outlet area abd thereby increasing:tthe powerbandfor mor topend powrt, the sound level and leaningout the carburation"...mine was louder with 12 discs than 8...i think it gives it a lower tone which may make it seem quieter

You guys are right, I don't know what I was thinking, when I got my ticket I took discs off and it was better, I must have been spacing out when I replied to these posts, sorry about that.

Even with no disk's its quieter than my 450r's sparks exhaust. But yes with more disk or no disk's its much louder than with less disk's. I dont even run the backplate.

I've been looking for a better turndown endcap for my e-series if anyone has one or know's of a maker for one please reply or msg me.

I'm pretty sure white Bros. does.

When I bought my e-series a couple of years ago there was a whole list of end caps you could purchase in the manual.
