Possible Jetting Problem

Hey everybody I recently fired up my brand new R motor for the first time and while braking her in I think I have a jetting problem. It seems that the main jet is good because when i punch it it really throws me back, but when im about 1/8 up to the 3/4 it seems to run really bad like it just kinda studders (porbly not the best word to describe it) Iv fooled around with the clip position and found the best setting, but it hasnt seemed to help much. Also it dosent idle very strong and if i rev her up while idlin shell die on me. So does anyone have any suggestions? I know you cant tell me exactly how to jet it but Im just makin sure this is a jetting problem Thanks
