where to start jetting?

Hey, just wondering what jetting I should start from. I have stock keihin carb, K&N filter no air box lid, duncan national porting, Paul Turner Race pipe, fatboy 2 silencer. I bought this 250r not running, I have put a new crank, rod, main bearings, resleeved cylinder, and new wisco piston in it. So I have no idea what jetting to start at both main and pilot.

try a 170 to be safeyoull prolly end up around 155-160
