i have a question about the arens frame, the one i just picked up looks like it uses a 86/87 motor mount, i cant imagine that they do, but thats what it looks like. i need to kow how the rear motor mount works, cause im stripping it down and re-finishing it, and if it uses 86/87 i need to find or fab up a 88/89 mount. i cant believe an aftermarket frame would make you use a 87 swinger so help me out!

i have no rear mount... didnt u get the arens mounts for the rest of the motor?

i have no rear mount 2 long bolts on bottom one in front and head stay

I also have an Arens frame but it is setup for an '88-'89 setup? Either the previous user ordered the frame that way or had it modified.

Does your fame look like the one in my pic?

after market frames dont use the top mount like a 88 frame, well mine doesnt and the arens doesnt.

they use two on the bootm, one up front and the head stay

my Lonestar Baja Frame uses the top rear 88 style mount....I guess maybe they want you use a headstay mount on the others....I don't use the headstay but to each is own.....
