Alright, i got an 88 trx250r recently and it has no lights. I bought some lights like the trail tech ones, but im not sure what wires i need to tap into on the r. Any help would be appreciated.

you best bet would be to find a wirering diagram for the stock wirering...find the wires for the light...hook it up to that

If somebody has taken off the lights, it's entirely possible they also took off the regulator. This is the first thing to check. You cannot run lights without the regulator.

Do you have the stock headlight/kill switch?

hey wilkin..i have the same question..i have the stock light switch and every wire and such also the stock headlight but can i hook up light such as the trail techs bc it would give it a mean look and be very brite ne help would be aprecited
