What is everyone jetting there new ones to. I am going to remove the air box lid and i have the baffle out. I am going to try a 190.

Like he said. The full HRC kit jetting with more mods that what you are doing is like 165 I believe. Try 155-160

i put a 48 pilot and 160 main haven't got to ride it yet but it made a big difference with the idle and throttle responce when i fired it up in the garage

HRC kit runs with lid OFF and baffe out...plus new header. Kit came with a 162 main and 55 accl pump bypass jet Pilot needle turned IN 1/2 turn and accl pump screw OUT 1-1/8 turns.
