OK after u drain the oil and put in the new filter and put in the new oil there is like no oil in the quad engine to lubricate it. Is it then safe to start it? How do u get the oil through the engine after an oil change so it doesnt get messed up? Thanks

Its fine to start it. It still will have some oil on the gears and such from the old oil.

After you fill it back up with oil , push the on/off switch to off and crank the motor over a few times . Then start it up

what that wouldnt help nothin ^ think about it crankin it is the same as startin it except without the fire in the engine oil goes fast enough u wont hurt nothin by startin it up

Yes that does help alot. You are going to get alot less friction out of a slow moving engine than you will out of a fast moving engine. This is a common tip when starting a motor with freshly changed oil.
