Most places ruquire a number plate on the front anb back of the QUAD

what if you like cut a hole in the middle of it???

idk stupid question but wouldnt the exhuast just come out and go around the pipe??it wont melt because mine touches my pipe and its fine, if it goes below the pipe it will smack the chain everything
