i need valve adjustment for a 400ex with a hot cam stage 2 thanks in advance

.005 for intake, .006 for the exhaust, and yes you will hear a little tapping on start up. it should quiet down a little once it is warmed up. hope this helped

make sure you adjust the valves when the bike is cold.
