i got a bad asted 400ex with everything on it some guy wants to trad eme a 250r with pep triplerate shoks plus 2 a arms and pcoted frame for my 400ex with lsr axle plus 2 a arms elka triple rate with rezzies and compression adj. protaper bars nerfs polished cases holeshots all the way around duncan graphics vpro bumper no motor work its a 2000 the250r is an 88.

it depends if your a good hard rider or a rec rider, if you are good and ride fast, the 250R will handle better and be faster, if your more of a rec rider stick with the 400ex. 250Rs will be more work to ride, but will reward you with better performance. think sports car VS muscle car. the sports car will be faster, but since it makes all its power in the upper RPM's itll suck in rush hour, where the muscle car will make its power down low, making it easier to drive, but not as fast in the end...
