i just bought a new pilot jet #42 and was wondering can anybody tell me how to install it.

Your gonna need to remove some plastic and the gas tank. Once you can get to your carb easily,,you'll have to disconnect the airboots so that you can move the carb around,,you don't have to take it all the way out,,just enough so you can see and get too the 4 screws that hold the float bowl on..once you remove the 4 screws gently pull the float bowl off,,once you do this you'll see the pilot jet,,it is the jet with the flathead. Make sure to turn off your gas and drain the float bowl,,there's a small screw on the side of the carb that will allow you to drain it..there are easier ways.;.but if this is your first time,,it's best you go ahead and learn how to tear down the quad,,it will get easier.. Also go check in the FAQ forum there might be better directions and diagrams for doin this.....good luck.
