Well, as usual I am getting mixed reviews about my already mounted Renthal bars?

I just wanted to get some expert opinions on the matter.

Renthal, Pro-taper, TAG what's your preference?

Fasst Flexx

Trail Tech X-bars are pretty good too (and affordable)

I have the trailtech x bars. they are nice and fit and finish is awesome. If i were to but another bar, the renthal twinwall bars...absolutely no exception. If you want to spend 350, go with fastflexx, but i would never spend that much on handlebars...

I just mounted my Flexx bars and they are awesome! I bought mine used and they were reasonably priced. They were not damaged at all.

Flexx bars are the best of course..

But, I've been running the same renthals (CR-Low) on my 300ex for years. They are very strong.

They are a great bar. Good old fasioned technology. If you upgrade from there.. the Flexx bars are the obvious choice.

I don't know where you're getting that price from, but I paid $260 for mine and won't try anything else. Well worth the money!!!

I have been running renthals for 2 years now rolled the bike bad a couple of times one time I even flipped and the bike landed on the bars and bent the stem bars are still strait. for $60 out cant beat it i dont care what anyone says!

How many pair of $60 Renthals can you get compared to a $300+ pair? there is no way anybody will convince me they are that much better.

ummmm.... I don't know about other people but I would much rather buy a new pr of 60-$100 bars after a crash than a new $2-300 stem.

I thnk you are missing my point I have the $60 bars. And they are way strong ans well worth the money is all I am saying.

I didn't think I would either, but money well spent. My arms thank me for it after every ride/race. I don't know that I could go back to regular bars now.

If the stem bent first, I'd say they are TOO strong.

If you cant afford fasst bars then i would get some pro taper fat bars.

I have MSR Dominator bars. CR-HI bend. I like the position they put me in. They are a little wider than stock and just a tad higher. I don't like having bars that are too narrow. I have a better feel for the machine when my arms are wider.

Thanks for all the input guys.
Sounds like there are a lot of good choices out there.
It's all up to rding style, and rider preference..............

Well, I got the Renthals mounted and setup. Guess I am just gonna run with them for awhile.

Thanks.........
