Not much to it,except remove old rear stock shock, put on raptor rear shock, hook up rezzy by the rail

well i thought some people said you got to grind down the eye, and where would you hook the rezzie up at?

Attatch the ressie to the lower subframe rail with 2 hose clamps. I like to put a piece of rubber between them. The adhesive backed 1/2"x1/2" rubber feet you can get at the hardware store work great.

Just make sure it's not gonna hit anything when the suspension is compressed.

Unless it has a long hose.. then you can hook it to the main frame rail on the reverse lever side. (want to keep the exhaust heat away from it.)

Note: never disconnect the hose or loosen it. The ressie has pressurized nitrogen in it.

if you have questions just ask me trevor or hardkoratvmxer we all have recently put them on or 300's...i had to grind down the top of the shock body but other than that its a bolt on...i had a problem most of the people on here didnt...it happens

I didn't do any grinding Just had to bounce on the rear of the bike wile trying to pound the upper bolt into place. Route your rese to where i'll show you in these pics. Route it before you mount the shock. It is a real eays mod and I love it.

you just have to slide the coil off or what ever that thing is that connects to you battery to get the rese to fit through. When I mounted my shock I put the lower mount bolt in first then bounced on the rear and pounded the upper bolt through. It was soo close to just sliding through but not quite.

thanks guys for the help now i just gotta find one for under $150

yeah the demand for the shock is growing.... when i got mine i didnt even bet on it... i pushed the buy now button so i was gurrented to get it.... other than that I only had trouble getting the bolt through the top mount... You can loosen the ressie hose a little bit to adjust the hose better but not much, just break it loose so you have to try hard to move it, if you do it to much, you will lose oil and nitrogen. I had to do it to make it fit, the hose was facing the wrong way.
