well i was out preping my fourwheeler for unadilla this weekend when i was letting it set and idle...i jus kinda touched the handlebars and my hand barley did touch the kill switch i guess and it shocked the sh** outa me. its the first time it has done it to me since its been hooked up tho....Do i have something hooked up wrong or what would cause it to do that?

yes. Check the connections. You have a short somewhere.

thanks....would it b a short in the ground or could it be somewheres else?

I don't think it is a short. Mine zapped me when I had the wire coming out of the metal side of the switch hooked to a hot wire. Just swap your wires location.

the kill switch is a pro design and tha long cable that comes out of the peice of metal is grounded...when u touch the cluthc lever and the metal that show it shocked me....any ideas ?

you have the wires hooked up wrong, the long wire is to the CDI,the short one is the ground
