how fast is a blaster 240
will it keep up with 250r and lt 250s?

dude what kind of racing are we talkng about here........ and r u camparing too stock 250s slightly modded ex. pipe, filter,etc... i probably guess if it were stock it would probably still win if u can find a stock 250r

ct's 240 puts out 40 hp or so. should be about the fastest kit out. it should do ok against the bigger quads

no reason at all to throw a 240 in a blaster, they arent too great, all u need is a nice ported cylinder, a shaved head, and weisco piston, then some other stuff, and youll blow away 240's. They dont hang with 250r's. but in a mx race if your a better rider then you can beat the 250r.

but if u do motor work to a blaster, like shaving the head and stuff, u go through rings and u have to run race gas. It basically makes the blaster a time bomb, i wouldnt do too much motor work, they are air cooled and can blow up real easy
