How much of the baffle can you remove on a 250ex??

Cut the baffle? Are you talking about the spark arrestor insert? You can completely take it out for a bit more flow and better sound if thats what you mean

so you can take it 100% comlpletly out without removing to much back pressure.like so theres just the end cap
