My son hit a try and busted his cases on his Lt80. It's a good clean brake. Has anyone ever had luck welding one of these?

Sure!!
We clamp the cases to a flat surface and put em back together.
After that you need to add supports.
3 pieces of 1/4x1 flat aluminum..2 1/2~3 1/2~ 6 inches.
the 2 1/2" goes across the top/back (above where the long pipe bolt is). the 6" butts up against the first and runs just behind the clutch cover mounts. the 31/2" goes on the side in a "11-5 o'clock position". I'm sure this will go where it's been (or going to be) welded.
Good luck.

Broken cases on an LT80???
J/K - This is a very common problem... Follow LT80s instructions or give us a call...

Thanks for the info...I have seen several of them welded but rarely do I see them hold up.

I will give this a try.
