Mmm every 30 hrs of hard ridding if im going slow or trail ridding with sum older farts about every 10 cuz they tend to foul.

A properly jetted quad should not need the plug changed very often. Part of the art of riding a 2 stroke is keeping it cleaned out. I have not fouled a plug for months but i regularly change it before races or if i know the plug has been in for more ten a few months

mine only gets changed when i rebuild the topend unless some slow old fart rides my quad and fouls it, which i dont let happen anymore.
so like 3 years or so.

There's a big difference between riding 50hrs a year, and 300hrs a year, so it's rather silly to say "three months" or "a year".
I've got at least 70hrs on my current plug.

good point, i would guess 70 to 100 hours, i just watch the compression, never really timed a topend to the hours.
