if you race i would say get a rath bumper. there strong and light and they have a built in number plate./

I used one from a 450R, some people like it some don't. I think it looks good its an original Honda part and you can buy them cheap from ebay, I paid $10 for a brand new dealer take-off. I had to put some spacers between the bolts.

Hey i cant thank you guys enough for the pics. Hey antony is that all you had to do to make a 450R bumper attach? And i was also lookin at getting the PRM baja bumper, but if a 450R bumper fits i was thinkin about the tag black one.

heres my personal bumper of choice, its a PRM not sure the exact model. but its the strongest bumper i have ever run or seen. this thing has plowed into everythign imaginable, and is still straight. it also gives you a lot of great place to hold on to for picking it up, and i think it looks pretty sweet

I didn't do anything to the frame, but I had to slot the mounting holes on the bumper
about 1mm with a hand file. I had to put some washers between the bolts ( the 450R frame must be a little wider).

It's mounted just as solid as the stock one.

i like my Duncan Racing front bumper but thats if you got the money to spend....they are 170.00 brand new

I had a Duncan Bumper Chrome bumper but I preferred the AC bumper myself. I gave my duncan bumper to my buddy to put on his 250r
