i have a rancher 350 with bald tires. my friend can give me some back mud tires.for free(dont know what kind) my other friend said it would mess up the tranny if i just put bigger tires on the back and not change the front ones to. is this right or can i do it. ill try to get the name of them.

you need to keep the same size tires front to back on a 4wd.

me and my buddies play around all the time swiching tires and everthing and i never have any problems with mt tranny

well i put them on the other day and it was so fun goin muddin again. they were 25 inch spider tracks. 13 inches wide and only an inch bigger than front ones. they worked great. i only had them on for a day but they worked fine

dont be a jacka55, eventuly your diff or trany will explode! put 25 fron and back or 24 front and back not 25 back 24 front.. asking for trouble.
